Gregory Petrick, Chair of Cadwalader's Financial Restructuring Group, represents creditors and strategic investors in complex cross-border transactions. His practice encompasses counseling bank syndicates, distressed investors, private credit funds and regulators.

Greg is a former Managing Partner of Cadwalader’s London office and a longtime member of the firm’s Management Committee. Under his leadership, the firm’s London office has grown significantly for over a decade, with increases in headcount via the addition of lateral talent and nurturing of young lawyers, enhancements in legal excellence and client service through an expansion of capabilities, and growth in revenue.
A graduate of Boston University, summa cum laude, and Fordham Law School, Greg is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. He is also a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales.
